A crystal oscillator module and method to manufacture the crystal oscillator module by sandwich method on a bottom-base, as a printed board (4), where the oscillator crystal (1) is for instance fixed onto the surface of the printed district board (4). On the opposite surface of the printed district board, at least partly at oscillator crystal (1), in order to increase the thickness of the printed district board (4), one or several elements (5) are fixed, by means of which a cavity is formed for components included module.
La présente invention concerne un module d'oscillateur à quartz et un procédé de fabrication du module d'oscillateur à quartz par un procédé de semi-conducteur par transport sur une embase, tel qu'une carte de circuit imprimé (4) dans laquelle l'oscillateur à quartz (1) est par exemple fixé sur la surface de la carte de circuit imprimé (4). Sur la face opposée de la carte de circuit imprimé sont fixés, au moins en partie au niveau de l'oscillateur à quartz (1), afin d'augmenter l'épaisseur de la carte de circuit imprimé (4), un ou plusieurs éléments (5), grâce auxquels une cavité est formée pour les composants incorporés dans le module.
