A method for manufacturing a divisible sprocket wheel manufactured from plastic, comprising two wheel halves, each wheel half having a toothed rim portion, a hub portion and a disk-shaped body connecting the toothed rim portion and the hub portion, characterized in that from a first indivisible sprocket wheel having a complete toothed rim, a first wheel half is manufactured by dividing the first indivisible sprocket wheel substantially into two parts along a predetermined radial dividing line, that from a second indivisible sprocket wheel having a complete toothed rim, the second wheel half is manufactured by dividing the second indivisible sprocket wheel substantially into two parts along the same predetermined dividing line as the first indivisible sprocket wheel, and that both thus formed sprocket wheel halves are provided, in predetermined portions adjoining the dividing line, with openings for receiving fasteners.
La présente invention fait état d'une méthode de fabrication d'une roue dentée sécable en plastique. La roue se compose de deux moitiés, ayant chacune une jante dentée, un moyeu et un corps sous forme de disque reliant la jante dentée au moyeu. La méthode se distingue par la fabrication d'une première moitié de roue par suite de la division d'une première roue dentée indivisible munie d'une jante entièrement dentée. Cette dernière est essentiellement divisée en deux parties le long d'une ligne de division radiale déterminée. Une seconde moitié de roue est fabriquée en divisant une seconde roue dentée indivisible muni d'une jante entièrement dentée en essentiellement deux parties le long de la même ligne de division que la première roue dentée indivisible. On obtient ainsi deux moitiés de roue dentée munies d'ouvertures, disposées de façon préétablie le long de la ligne de division, servant à recevoir des pièces de fixation.
