The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a felt belt having a support (40, 43), which latter is embedded in a fiber matrix and is made up of at least two yarn layers (41, 42, 44, 45) arranged one above another, of which at least one is embodied as a longitudinal yarn layer (41, 44) made up of longitudinal yarns (13, 14, 47) extending in parallel fashion, and at least one as a transverse yarn layer (42, 45, 46) made up of transverse yarns (23, 24, 25, 48, 49) extending in parallel fashion, transverse yarns (23, 24, 25, 48, 49) being present that are continuous over the width of the felt belt. For each longitudinal yarn layer (41, 44), a first support module (16) is manufactured, by means of a first auxiliary support web (5), at a width that is less than the width of the completed felt belt, the first auxiliary support web (5) being wound in helical fashion, before, during, or after the application of yarns (13, 14), to a width that corresponds to the width necessary for manufacture of the completed felt belt. For each transverse yarn layer (42, 45, 46), a second support module (35) [?is manufactured] by means of individual support module segments (17, 18, 19) that are each made up of the combination of a second auxiliary support web (20, 21, 22) and yarns (23, 24, 25, 48, 49) attached thereto, the support module segments (17, 18, 19) being placed onto and against one another onto the first support module (16), one behind another in the latter's longitudinal direction, so that a second support module (35) is created. For manufacture of the felt belt, a nonwoven fabric layer (38, 39) is needle-felted onto one side of the support modules (16, 35), forming the fiber matrix.
L'invention concerne une méthode de fabrication d'une courroie de feutre pourvu d'un support (40, 43), qui est enrobé par une matrice de fibres et est construit d'au moins deux nappes de fibres (41, 42, 44, 45) disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, au moins l'une d'entre elles étant incorporée dans une nappe de fibres longitudinales (41,44) constitué d'une trame de fibres longitudinales (13, 14, 47) se projetant en parallèle, et d'au moins une nappe de fibres transversales (42, 45, 46) constituée d'une trame de fibres transversales (23, 24, 25, 48, 49) se projetant en parallèle, ladite trame transversale (23, 24, 25, 48, 49) étant présente de manière continue sur toute la laize de la courroie de feutre. Pour chaque nappe de fibres longitudinales (41, 44), un premier module de support (16) est fabriqué, au moyen d'une bande de support auxiliaire (5), à une largeur inférieure à celle de la courroie de feutre transformée, la première bande de support auxiliaire (5) étant bobinée en spirale, avant, pendant ou après l'application de la nappe (13, 14), à une largeur correspondante à la largeur nécessaire à la fabrication de la courroie complètement transformée. Pour chaque nappe de fibres transversale (42, 45, 46), un second module de support (35) ¬? est fabriqué| au moyen de segments individuels de support (17, 18, 19) chacun d'entre eux étant construit d'une combinaison d'une seconde bande de support auxiliaire (20, 21, 22) et la nappe de fibres (23, 24, 25, 48, 49) qui y sont attachés, le module des segments de support (17, 18, 19) étant placé sur et l'un contre l'autre sur le premier module de support (16), l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction longitudinale de cette dernière, de sorte que le second module de support (35) soit formé. Pour la fabrication de la courroie de feutre, une épaisseur de toile non tissée (38, 39) est aiguilletée sur une face des modules de support (16, 35), formant la matrice de fibres.
