A method for manufacturing a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) packaging band, wherein PET material is extruded using a twin-screw extruder and wherein the extruder interior space is degassed during the extrusion. The molten plastic is output in a strip shape from a spinning head located after the twin-screw extruder. The plastic strip is then cooled and stretched.

Il s'agit d'un procédé de fabrication d'une bande pour emballage en polyéthylène téréphthalate, par lequel cette matière est extrudée au moyen d'une extrudeuse à deux vis et où l'intérieur de l'extrudeuse est dégazé pour l'extrusion. Le plastique fondu sort sous la forme d'un ruban, à partir d'une tête lamineuse située après l'extrudeuse à deux vis. Le ruban de plastique est ensuite refroidi et étiré.
