The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solution of a diacid and diamine salt for manufacturing polyamide. The invention specifically relates to a method for manufacturing an aqueous solution of diacid and diamine salts produced by mixing at least two diacids and at least one diamine, with a weight concentration of salt between 40 and 70%, consisting of, in a first step, preparing an aqueous solution of diacid(s) and diamine(s) with a diacid/diamine mole ratio of less than 1 using one diacid and one diamine, and in a second step, adjusting the mole ratio of diacids/diamine(s) to a value of between 0.9 and 1.1, and fixing the weight concentration of salt by adding another diacid and, optionally, additional water and/or diamine.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une solution d'un sel de diacides et de diamine(s) pour la fabrication de polyamide. L'invention concerne, plus particulièrement, un procédé de fabrication de solution aqueuse de sels de diacides et diamine(s) obtenus par mélange d'au moins deux diacides et d'au moins une diamine, à une concentration pondérale en sel comprise entre 40 et 70%, consistant à réaliser dans une première étape une solution aqueuse de diacide(s) et diamine(s) présentant un rapport molaire diacide/diamine inférieur à 1 à partir d'un diacide et d'une diamine, et dans une deuxième étape à ajuster le rapport molaire diacides/diamine(s) à une valeur comprise entre 0,9 et 1,1, et à fixer la concentration pondérale en sel, par addition d'un autre diacide et éventuellement d'eau et/ou de diamine complémentaires.
