A method for manufacturing a waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe, consisting in preparing a semimanufactured component of an upper (12) for a shoe, such that it can be arranged spread out on a flat surface or on two mutually opposite surfaces, then arranging on the inner part of the semimanufactured component of an upper (12) a waterproof and vapor- permeable membrane (13), then preparing means for adhesive bonding between the semimanufactured component of an upper (12) and the membrane (13) so as to not inhibit the vapor-permeability of the assembly. One or more shapes, which are substantially flat but capable of shaping themselves complementarily with respect to the different thicknesses of the stitched seams and of the superimposed parts which constitute the outer surface of the semimanufactured component of an upper (12) are then prepared, and the membrane (13) is then coupled to the semimanufactured component of an upper (12), with the outer part of the semimanufactured component arranged so that the outer surface rests on the shape. The upper (12) is then finished by making it assume the correct three-dimensional configuration and associating it with an insole (14), and finally a sole (16) is associated with the upper (12) and the insole (14).
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une chaussure imperméable à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur, consistant à préparer un composant semi-manufacturé d'une tige (12) pour une chaussure de telle sorte qu'il peut être disposé étalé sur une surface plate ou sur deux surfaces mutuellement opposées, puis à disposer sur la partie intérieure du composant semi-manufacturé d'une tige (12) une membrane (13) étanche à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur, puis à préparer des moyens pour une liaison adhésive entre le composant semi-manufacturé d'une tige (12) et de la membrane (13) de façon à ne pas inhiber la perméabilité à la vapeur de l'ensemble. Une ou plusieurs formes qui sont sensiblement plates mais capable de se façonner elles-mêmes de façon complémentaire par rapport aux différentes épaisseurs des jonctions cousues et des parties superposées qui constituent la surface externe du composant semi-manufacturé d'une tige (12) sont alors préparées, et la membrane (13) est ensuite couplée au composant semi-manufacturé d'une tige (12), la partie supérieure du composant semi-manufacturé étant disposée de telle sorte que la surface externe repose sur la forme. On termine ensuite la tige (12) en la faisant prendre la configuration tridimensionnelle et en l'associant avec une première (14), et finalement une semelle (16) est associée avec la tige (12) et la première (14).
