The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aircraft fuselage comprising an internal framework (1) surrounded by an external skin (10) made of composite material, in which the internal framework at least partially constitutes a mould (4) for manufacture and/or the support for the said mould for the external skin made of composite material. The invention also relates to an aircraft fuselage produced using this method.
