The invention concerns a method for manufacturing an element formed with semiconductor(s) for fire detection which consists in applying by evaporation under vacuum on an insulating substrate a phtalocyanine film, which is solidified so as to obtain on the surface of the semiconductor acceptors and donors in such proportion as to enable the detection of a fire with or without flames.

Procédé de fabrication d'un élément formé de semi-conducteur(s) permettant la détection d'incendie, suivant lequel on applique par évaporation sous vide sur un substrat isolant une couche de phtalocyanine, qui est solidifiée de telle façon à obtenir en surface du semi-conducteur des sites accepteurs et des sites donneurs dans une proportion telle pour permettre la détection de feu avec et sans flamme.
