The invention relates to a motion simulator comprising a deck supported by a number of length-adjustable legs that are connected to the deck in first pivot points, which legs are connected to a base part in second pivot points, wherein the first and second pivot points respectively form pairs, wherein: the first and/or second pivot points are located on an ellipse, at least in top plan view; and/or the angle included between at least two pairs of first pivot points and/or two pairs of second pivot points is less than 120~; and/or the adjusting range of at least one of the legs is greater than at least one of the other legs; and/or at least one of the second pivot points is located in a plane at a distance from the plane in which at least two further pivot points are located, and a method for the manufacture thereof.
L'invention a trait à un simulateur de mouvement comprenant une plate-forme soutenue par un certain nombre de pieds à longueur réglable rattachés à ladite plate-forme par une première série de points de pivotement, ces pieds étant également rattachés à un élément constituant la base par une seconde série de points de pivotement, les premiers et seconds points de pivotement formant, respectivement, des paires. Dans le cadre de cette invention, les premiers et/ou les seconds points de pivotement sont situés sur une ellipse, du moins selon une vue de dessus, et/ou l'angle formé par au moins deux paires des premiers points de pivotement et/ou deux paires des seconds points de pivotement est inférieur à 120· et/ou la marge de réglage d'au moins un des pieds est supérieure à celle de l'un au moins des autres pieds et/ou l'un au moins des seconds points de pivotement se trouve sur un plan à une certaine distance du plan sur lequel se trouvent deux autres points de pivotement au moins. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ce simulateur de mouvement.
