A method for manufacturing an electric-resistance-welded steel pipe, comprises the steps of; (a) preparing a hot-rolled steel sheet consisting essentially of 0.005 to 0.2 wt.% C, 0.1 to 0.35 wt.% Si, 0.5 to 2 wt.% Mn, 0.01 wt.% or less P, 0.003 wt.% or less S, 0.001 to 0 1 wt.% Nb, and 0.001 to 0.006 wt.% Ca; (b) forming continuously an open pipe from the hot-rolled steel sheet using a multi-stage forming rolls; (c) heating both edges of the open pipe facing each other using electric resistance; and (d) pressure-welding both of the edges which were heated by electric resistance by applying irradiation of laser beam while controlling the upset using a set of squeezing rolls.
Méthode de fabrication d'un tuyau d'acier soudé par résistance électrique comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) préparer une feuille d'acier laminée à chaud et composée essentiellement deApp# 0, 005 à 0,2 % en poids de C, de 0,1 à 0,35 % en poids de Si, de 0,5 à 2 % en poids de Mn, de 0,01 % en poids ou moins de P, de 0,003 % en poids ou moins de S, de 0, 001 à 0,1 % en poids de Nb, et de 0,001 à 0,006 % en poids de Ca; b) former de façon continue un tuyau ouvert à partir de la feuille d'acier laminée à chaud grâce à des cylindres cintreurs à plusieurs étages; c) chauffer les deux bords du tuyau ouvert qui se font face en utilisant la résistance électrique, et d) souder par pression les deux bords qui ont été chauffés par résistance électrique en appliquant l'irradiation d'un rayon laser tout en limitant le refoulement à l'aide d'un jeu de rouleaux pinceurs.
