Flexible disks contain annular loop packets (10) for the purpose of transmitting traction forces between fastening means (32) . The loop packets (10) and the fastening means (32) are combined to a ring and subsequently embedded in rubber-elastic material. In a preparatory operation the loop packets (10) are injection-coated either individually or in groups by a coating (20, 22) of elastomer material, which defines and stabilizes their outer contour. The elastomer material is only partially vulcanized before the ring is completely embedded in the rubber-elastic material. Injection coating renders the loop packets or groups of loop packets to components which are true to shape and size with defined wall thicknesses. Consequently, the characteristics and the life of the flexible disks are standardized for mass production and the material consumption is reduced.

Des rondelles de cardan contiennent des paquets de boucles toroïdales (10) afin de transmettre des forces de traction entre des éléments de fixation (32). Les paquets de boucles (10) et les éléments de fixation (32) sont assemblés pour former une couronne puis sont incorporés dans un matériau élastique. Lors d'une étape de préparation, on injecte, de façon individuelle ou groupée, un matériau élastomère autour des paquets de boucles (10) pour former une gaine (20, 22) qui définit et stabilise leur contour extérieur. Le matériau élastomère n'est que partiellement vulcanisé, avant l'incorporation complète de la couronne dans le matériau élastique.
