The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing molten iron that improves charging and discharge of the fine iron ore, and an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron using the same. The apparatus for manufacturing molten iron according to an embodiment of the present invention includes i) at least one fluidized-bed reduction reactor that reduces fine iron ore and converts the fine iron ore into reduced iron, ii) a fine iron ore charging bin that supplies the fine iron ore to the fluidized-bed reduction reactor, iii) a fine iron ore charging line that directly connects the fine iron ore charging bin to each of the fluidized-bed reduction reactors, and directly charges the fine iron ore into each of the fluidized-bed reduction reactor, iv) a melter- gasifier into which lumped carbonaceous materials and the reduced iron are charged and oxygen is injected, the melter-gasifier manufacturing molten iron, and v) a reducing gas supply line that supplies a reducing gas discharged from the melter-gasifier to the fluidized-bed reduction reactor.
La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à produire une fonte liquide et améliorant le chargement et l'évacuation d'un minerai de fer fin, ainsi qu'un appareil destiné à produire une fonte liquide au moyen de ce procédé. Dans un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, l'appareil de production de fonte liquide comprend (i) au moins un réacteur de réduction à lit fluidisé qui réduit le minerai de fer fin et qui convertit le minerai de fer fin en fer réduit, (ii) une trémie de chargement de minerai de fer fin permettant d'acheminer le minerai de fer fin vers le réacteur de réduction à lit fluidisé, (iii) une ligne de chargement de minerai de fer fin raccordant directement la trémie de chargement de minerai de fer fin à chacun des réacteurs de réduction à lit fluidisé, et chargeant directement le minerai de fer fin dans chacun des réacteurs de réduction à lit fluidisé, (iv) un dispositif de fusion-gazéification dans lequel des matières carbonées en morceaux et le fer réduit sont chargés et de l'oxygène injecté, ce dispositif de fusion-gazéification permettant de produire une fonte liquide, et (v) une ligne d'alimentation en gaz de réduction acheminant un gaz évacué à partir du dispositif de fusion-gazéification vers le réacteur de réduction à lit fluidisé.
