A process for producing (part-)annular, fiber reinforced, polymer containing moldings from semifinished fiber composite material products, comprising the steps of: positioning: a multitude of annular or part-annular shaped pieces on a rotatable drum (3) such that they form a loop-like mold with an annular channel (19, 25, 33, 45, 50) to accommodate the semifinished product, applying the semifinished product to the channel of the loop-like mold, rotating the drum in such a way that, owing to the centrifugal forces, the matrix material is forced outward and air present in the channel migrates inward, hardening the semifinished product employing thermal means to form a polymer ring, removing the polymer ring from the loop-like mold.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de composants contenant du plastique renforcé par des fibres, de forme (partiellement) annulaire de semi-produits en matériau composite renforcé par des fibres, comportant les étapes suivantes : positionnement d'une pluralité de pièces moulées de forme annulaire ou partiellement annulaire sur un tambour (3) rotatif de telle sorte que celles-ci forment une forme de type bobine avec un canal (19, 25, 33, 45, 50) annulaire pour la réception du semi-produit, application du semi-produit dans le canal de la forme de type bobine, rotation du tambour de telle sorte qu'en raison des forces centrifuges, le matériau de matrice soit pressé vers l'extérieur et de l'air contenu dans le canal se déplace vers l'intérieur, durcissement du semi-produit en utilisant la température pour former un anneau plastique, enlèvement de l'anneau plastique de la forme de type bobine.
