A method for manufacturing plastic-substitute goods by using natural materials is disclosed. Agricultural byproducts and wood byproducts such as rice husks, rice plant stems, corn plant stems, bean plant stems, wheat plant stems, saw dust and the like and the washed and dried sludge produced from the alcoholic factory are crushed into a particular size, then the crushed particles are mixed with natural adhesives (such as corn starch, potato starch and the like), and are coated with melamine resin or urea resins, and then a molding is carried out by applying a pressure in a molding machine, thereby manufacturing the plastic-substitute goods. The raw materials of the present invention are readily available from the rural areas, and the molding is carried out at a temperature of 100-300 degrees C.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant produire des articles en substitut de plastique à partir de matériaux naturels. Ce procédé consiste à broyer afin de les réduire en particules des sous-produits de l'agriculture et de l'industrie du bois tels que la balle de riz, les tiges du riz, les tige des haricots, les tiges de blé, la sciure etc., ainsi que les sédiments lavés et séchés résultant de la production d'alcools, puis à mélanger ces particules broyées avec des adhésifs naturels (tels que l'amidon de maïs, l'amidon de pomme de terre etc.), à enrober cette masse de résine de mélamine ou de résines d'urée, et à réaliser un moulage par application de pression dans une machine à mouler, afin de fabriquer des articles en substitut de plastique. Les matières premières utilisées dans ce procédé peuvent être obtenues facilement dans les zones rurales et le moulage est effectué à une température comprise entre 100 et 300 degrés C.
