The invention relates to a method for coating products e.g. workpieces (in particular consisting of valve metals or their alloys) by micro arc oxidation or electrophoresis in the presence of at least one additive that is incorporated into an alkaline solution. Said method is characterised in that a nozzle element is placed at a distance of 5-15 mm from the region of the surface of the workpiece to be treated, prior to the application of the coating. The cross-section of the nozzle is selected depending on the geometry of the workpiece to be treated. In addition, by supplying the alkaline solution through the nozzle element, an electric cathode-anode circuit is closed by the uninterrupted stream of solution that is guided in a specifically targeted manner and/or flows freely, to prevent a further cooling of the workpiece and to ensure the fusion of the coating over its entire depth. The additives used consist of powdered components or ultra-disperse powder that is necessary for the chemical composition.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour revêtir des produits, par exemple des pièces (constituées notamment de métaux à soupapes ou leurs alliages) par oxydation au moyen d'un micro-arc ou par électrophorèse en présence d'au moins un additif incorporé dans une solution alcaline. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de buse est placé avant l'application du revêtement à une distance de 5-15 mm de la zone de la surface à usiner de l'objet. La section de la buse est sélectionnée en fonction de la géométrie de la partie à usiner de la surface de la pièce. De plus, par apport de la solution alcaline par l'intermédiaire de l'élément de buse, un circuit électrique cathode-anode est fermé à travers le jet ininterrompu et orienté de manière forcée et ciblée et/ou s'écoulant de lui-même, pour éviter un refroidissement supplémentaire des pièces pour assurer la fusion complète du revêtement sur toute sa profondeur, les additifs utilisés étant les composés pulvérulents ou les poudres ultradispersées nécessaires à la composition chimique.
