In the method according to the invention, a layer of polyurethane elastomer for obtaining a polyurethane skin (5) is produced, in a first step, against a mould surface (1). In a second step, a reaction mixture for obtaining a polyurethane foam aver (6) is applied against this polyurethane skin (5). In a third step, a suitable polyurethane or polyisocyanurate reaction mixture for obtaining a rigid synthetic carrier (8) is applied against the polyurethane foam layer (6). In this way, a synthetic trim part is obtained which is easier to recycle. This method can moreover also be performed easier.
Dans le procédé décrit par l'invention, on fabrique, dans une première étape, sur une surface de moulage (1), une couche en élastomère de polyuréthane, de façon à obtenir une peau en polyuréthane (5). Dans une deuxième étape, on applique contre la peau en polyuréthane (5) un mélange réactionnel, de façon à obtenir une couche en mousse de polyuréthane (6). Dans une troisième étape, on applique contre la couche en mousse de polyuréthane (6) un mélange réactionnel approprié de polyuréthane ou de polyisocyanurate, de façon à obtenir un support synthétique rigide (8). Ceci permet de fabriquer un élément synthétique de garniture intérieure d'automobile plus facile à recycler. De plus, le procédé facilite le processus de fabrication.
