The invention relates to a marking electromagnetically readable from a substrate, a method for producing such a marking, and a memory medium. The marking comprises first areas on a substrate at a distance to each, which comprise at least one electrically conductive material and the electrical conductivity of which is greater than a defined threshold value, and second areas arranged between the first areas, the electrical conductivity of which second areas is less than or equal to the said threshold value. According to the invention, at least two first areas differ substantially from each other in electrical conductivity. With the aid of the invention it is possible to create a marking, the amount of information contained in which is many times that contained in previous electrical markings.
L'invention concerne un marquage lisible électromagnétiquement à partir d'un substrat, un procédé pour produire un tel marquage et un support à mémoire. Le marquage comprend des premières zones sur un substrat à une distance de chacun, qui comprennent au moins un matériau conducteur électriquement et dont la conductivité électrique est supérieure à une valeur de seuil définie, et des secondes zones agencées entre les premières zones, dont la conductivité électrique des secondes zones est inférieure ou égale à ladite valeur de seuil. Selon l'invention, au moins deux premières zones diffèrent sensiblement l'une de l'autre en conductivité électrique. A l'aide de l'invention, il est possible de créer un marquage, dont la quantité d'informations contenue dans celui-ci est plusieurs fois celle contenue dans des marquages électriques antérieurs.
