The intensity (I) of an electrophoresis current aiding the administration is temporarily adjusted to a predetermined value (Im) corresponding to a point of an original rectilinear part (OA) of the current/tension characteristic of the patient's skin, the voltage (Vpeau) then prevailing between two electrodes applying the electrophoresis current to the patient's skin is measured and the measurement (Rcut) of the cutaneous resistance is deduced from the measured voltage (Vpeau) and the predetermined value (Im) of the electrophoresis current.
Suivant l'invention, on règle temporairement l'intensité (I) d'un courant ionophorétique d'assistance de l'administration, à une valeur prédéterminée (I¿m?) correspondant à un point d'une partie d'origine rectiligne (OA) de la caractéristique courant/tension de la peau du patient, on mesure la tension (V¿peau?) régnant alors entre deux électrodes d'application du courant ionophorétique à la peau du patient et on tire la mesure (R¿cut?) de la résistance cutanée, de la tension (V¿peau?) mesurée et de la valeur prédéterminée (I¿m?) du courant ionophorétique.
