A method for dry micro-cleaning by spraying abrasive powders having a very small particle size (0-200 micrometres). The method comprises spraying a support to be blasted with a micro-abrasive spray produced by the continuous high-speed movement of a multiplicity of thin compressed air streams which are loaded with low-kinetic energy abrasive particles, and moving the resulting micro-abrasive spray along the whole length of the support to be blasted. The micro-abrasive spray is formed through a spraying wheel (10) provided with multiple fine abrasive spray nozzles (6), whereby close blasting with light surface contact may be achieved, and ashlar supports and the like may be cleaned of all kinds of dirt and deposits.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de micro-nettoyage à sec par projection de poudres abrasives de très une gra- nulométrie (0 à 200 micromètres), caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à projéter en direction d'un support à décaper, un brouillard mi- cro-abrasif obtenu par-le déplacement trés rapide et continu d'une multitude ou de multiples fins filets d'air comprimé chargé de particules abrasives à très faible énergie cinétique et à déplacer ce brouillard micro-abrasif obtenu, tout le long du support à net- toyer. Ce brouillard micro-abrasif est obtenu au travers d'une roue de projection (10) équipée de multiples buses (6) très fines de projection d'abrasifs; permettant d'abtenir un décapage par effleurement superficiel trés fin; permettant de nettoyer tous types de salissures et dépôts sur des supports en pierre de taille ou autres.
