A method of predicting the dry stock weight of paper that is produced by a papermaking machine based on simultaneousness measurements of (1) the water content of the paper stock on the fabric or wire of the papermaking machine and of (2) the dry stock weight of the paper product is provided. The invention which provides a linearized model of the de-watering process is based in part on that creation of drainage characteristic curves that provides an effective means of predicting the drainage behavior of the paper stock on the fabric of a de-watering system.
Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de prévoir le poids de la matière sèche de la pâte du papier qui est produit par une machine de fabrication du papier sur la base de mesures simultanées (1) de la teneur en eau de la pâte à papier sur la toile synthétique ou la table plate d'une machine de fabrication du papier et (2) du poids de la matière sèche du produit en papier. Cette invention se rapporte également à un modèle linéarisé du processus de déshydratation qui est fondé en partie sur une création de courbes caractéristiques d'assèchement constituant un moyen efficace pour prévoir l'aptitude à l'assèchement de la pâte à papier sur la toile synthétique d'un dispositif de déshydratation.
