The pesent invention relates to a method for monitoring the use of a consumable in a disposable design in one or more analyzers which are each configured to analyse one or more liquids, preferably body fluids, wherein the method comprises the following steps: providing a disposable consumable in a first analyzer, use of the disposable consumable as intended during operation of the first analyzer, collecting usage-relevant information for the disposable consumable which concern the intended use of the disposable consumable during operation of the first analyzer, storing usage-relevant data which are derived from the usage-relevant information in a memory unit assigned to the disposable consumable, removing the disposable consumable from the first analyzer, again providing the disposable consumable in the first analyzer or in a second analyzer, at least partially reading the usage-relevant data from the memory unit in the first or the second analyzer, evaluating the usage-relevant data that have been read out by means of a control device, and deriving control signals concerning the permissibility and/or type of a further intended use of the disposable consumable during operation of the first or of the second analyzer as a reaction to the evaluation of the usage-relevant data that have been read out.
L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance de l'utilisation d'un consommable à usage unique dans un ou plusieurs appareils d'analyse qui sont respectivement conçus pour analyser un ou plusieurs liquides, de préférence des liquides organiques. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : fourniture d'un consommable à usage unique dans un premier appareil d'analyse ; utilisation du consommable à usage unique conformément à sa destination pour le fonctionnement du premier appareil d'analyse ; enregistrement d'informations d'usage pertinentes pour le consommable à usage unique, qui concernent l'utilisation conforme du consommable à usage unique pour le fonctionnement du premier appareil d'analyse ; mémorisation de données d'usage pertinentes, déduites des informations d'usage pertinentes, dans une unité de mémorisation associée au consommable à usage unique ; enlèvement du consommable à usage unique du premier appareil d'analyse ; fourniture à nouveau du consommable à usage unique dans le premier appareil d'analyse ou dans un deuxième appareil d'analyse ; lecture au moins partielle des données d'usage pertinentes à partir de l'unité de mémorisation dans le premier ou le deuxième appareil d'analyse ; interprétation des données d'usage pertinentes lues, au moyen d'un dispositif de commande ; et déduction de signaux de commande concernant l'admissibilité et/ou le mode d'une nouvelle utilisation conforme du consommable à usage unique pour le fonctionnement du premier ou du deuxième appareil d'analyse, en réaction à l'interprétation des données d'usage pertinentes lues.
