This invention relates to a method for mounting micro jets on whirlpool bath surfaces. Micro jets are mounted in the bottom of cups. The cup containing the micro jet is mounted in an opening performed in the whirlpool bath shell. The proposed method is specially interesting for jets located on surfaces where fluid flows are obstructed such as the surface where a person's back rests when someone lies in a whirlpool bath. This method allows manufacturers to install micro jets those whirlpool bath surfaces without having a recessed part. Moreover, it allows to modify easily the fluid j et pattern depending on the consumer's needs. The present invention also concerns recessed micro jets for whirlpool baths and method for mounting the same.
La présente invention concerne une méthode de pose de micro-jets sur des surfaces d'un bain tourbillon. Les micro jets sont montés dans la partie inférieure des coupelles. La coupelle contenant le micro jet est montée dans une ouverture effectuée dans l'enveloppe du bain tourbillon. La méthode proposée est spécialement intéressante pour les jets situés sur des surfaces où les débits de fluides sont bloqués comme la surface où repose le dos d'une personne si une personne repose dans un bain tourbillon. La présente méthode permet aux fabricants d'installer des micro-jets des surfaces de bain tourbillon sans le besoin d'une partie en retrait. De plus, cela permet de modifier facilement les motifs des jets de fluide selon les besoins du consommateur La présente invention porte aussi sur les micro jets en retrait pour des bains tourbillons et une méthode de montage connexe.
