The invention relates to a method for multi-layer varnishing by applying a filler layer and/or additional coating agent layers onto a substrate and by subsequently applying a coating layer of base coat/clear lacquer texture or of a pigmented finishing coat consisting of one layer. At least one layer of the multi-layer texture is produced by a coating agent which is at least partially hardenable by means of radiation of high energy. Said layer/s are exposed to UV and IR radiation of a UV radiation source which is provided with an IR radiation fraction in its emission spectrum. At least two radiation intervals are developed by alternately connecting in series a UV filter and an IR filter and/or alternately connecting in series and leaving out a UV filter or an IR filter in front of the radiation source. During said intervals, UV radiation and IR radiation are used alternately or simultaneously.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour appliquer une peinture à plusieurs couches. Ce procédé consiste à appliquer sur un substrat une couche d'enduit et/ou d'autres couches d'agents de recouvrement, puis une couche de finition constituée d'un ensemble peinture d'apprêt/vernis transparent ou d'une peinture de finition pigmentée à une seule couche. Au moins une des couches est produite à partir d'un agent de revêtement durcissable au moins partiellement au moyen d'un rayonnement à grande énergie, cette ou ces couches étant exposée(s) à un rayonnement UV et à un rayonnement infrarouge. La source de rayonnement UV utilisée pour l'exposition au rayonnement UV et au rayonnement infrarouge comporte dans son spectre d'émission une composante de rayonnement infrarouge. Le positionnement en alternance d'un filtre UV et d'un filtre à infrarouge et/ou le positionnement et le retrait en alternance d'un filtre UV ou d'un filtre à infrarouge devant la source de rayonnement permet de former au moins deux intervalles d'exposition, pendant lesquels on expose le revêtement durcissable à un rayonnement UV puis à un rayonnement infrarouge ou simultanément à un rayonnement UV et à un rayonnement infrarouge.
