A modular micro-reactor with parallel micro-channels on fluid guide plates for chemical reactions, but not for evaporation purposes, is known. A modular falling-film evaporator was developed, comprising a stack of alternate gap-type evaporation chambers and plate-type evaporation modules with a set of parallel micro- channels, the evaporation chambers being open at the top and/or bottom over essentially the entire width of the modules and the stack being arranged in a vessel. The falling-film evaporator is used in a process for the recovery of a gaseous phase from a liquid fluid on a commercial scale. It is suitable for concentrating thermolabile solutions and for providing a rapidly controllable gas stream.
Un microréacteur de construction modulaire composé de microcanaux parallèles sur des plaques de guidage de fluide, lequel microréacteur est utilisé pour réaliser des réactions chimiques mais pas à des fins d'évaporation, est connu. La présente invention concerne un évaporateur à couche descendante de construction modulaire, comprenant un empilement alterné de zones d'évaporation sous forme de fentes et de modules d'évaporation sous forme de plaques avec un ensemble de microcanaux parallèles, lesdites zones d'évaporation étant ouvertes en haut et/ou en bas sur toute la largeur des modules et l'empilement étant placé dans un récipient. Cet évaporateur à couche descendante est utilisé dans le procédé de récupération d'une phase gazeuse contenue dans un milieu liquide à l'échelle industrielle. Ledit évaporateur convient également à la concentration de solutions thermolabiles et à la préparation à réglage rapide d'un flux gazeux.
