The invention concerns a method for obtaining A.niger cultures with wide enzymatic activity spectrum, by culturing A. niger in the presence of beetroot pulp, cereal bran or fractions thereof. The resulting cultures can be used for producing ferulic acid and vanillic acid from agricultural joint products.
L'invention est relative à l'obtention de cultures d'A. niger à large spectre d'activité enzymatique, par mise en culture d'A. niger en présence de pulpe de betterave, de son de céréales ou de leurs fractions. Les cultures obtenues de la sorte sont utilisables pour la production d'acide férulique et d'acide vanillique à partir de co-produits agricoles.
