The invention concerns a method for obtaining, from a culture medium of microalgae, a heat-stable extract having an antioxidant and wound healing activity. The method consists in: first producing said culture of microalgae; then subjecting them to oxygen supersaturation; next separating the algae from the culture medium by centrifuging; and finally filtering the culture medium on an appropriate filter for separating the extract.

Il consiste à réaliser dans un premier temsps la culture desdites micro- algues, à leur imposer dans un deuxième temps une sursaturation en oxygène, puis à séparer les algues du milieu de culture par centrifugation, et enfin à filtrer le milieu de culture sur un filtre approprié pour séparer l'extrait.
