A method for hydroformylating an olefin selected from alkenes having formula CnH¿2n?, where n is an integer no higher than 30, or from functionalised olefins, using a gaseous CO/H¿2? mixture in a biphasic medium, by contacting an olefin with an aqueous solution containing a catalytic system consisting of a water-soluble transition metal complex and a water-soluble phosphine, and heating and stirring the resulting reaction mixture after exposure to the pressure of the gaseous CO/H¿2? mixture. The method is characterised in that a modified cyclodextrin is fed into the aqueous solution containing the catalytic system.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'hydroformylation d'une oléfine choisie parmi les alcènes représentés par la formule CnH2n dans laquelle n est un nombre entier inférieur ou égal à 30 ou parmi les oléfines fonctionnalisées, par un mélange gazeux CO/H2 en milieu biphasique, consistant à mettre en contact d'une part une solution aqueuse contenant un système catalytique constitué par un complexe de métal de transition hydrosoluble et une phosphine hydrosoluble, et d'autre part une oléfine, à chauffer sous agitation le mélange réactionnel obtenu après l'avoir mis sous une pression de mélange gazeux CO/H2. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'on introduit une cyclodextrine modifiée dans la solution aqueuse contenant le système catalytique.
