The invention concerns a method for optimising a production increase operation. Said method is designed for production increase in a chemical process comprising: at least a step (B) which consists in compressing a gas fluid containing at least part of the reagents of the chemical process or their reaction products; at least part carried out under pressure with at least a step (C) which consists in drawing a product of the chemical process and recuperating a gaseous residue; at least a step which consists in recuperating (D) at least part of the thermal power (W) of at least part of the gaseous residue, the chemical process comprising at least a step (F) which consists in recuperating energy, the production increase process being associated with the production of excess energy in a least a step (F) and a reduction of the ratio between the thermal power and total flux of drawn products, and consists in using at least part of the recuperated excess energy in at least a step (F) for increasing the thermal power of at least part of the fluid residue.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'optimisation d'une opération de dégoulottage. Ce procédé est adapté au dégoulottage d'un procédé chimique comprenant : au moins une étape (B) de compression d'un fluide gazeux contenant au moins une partie des réactifs du procédé chimique ou de leurs produits de réaction ; au moins une partie réalisée sous pression avec au moins une étape (C) de soutirage d'un produit du procédé chimique et de récupération d'un résidu gazeux ; au moins une étape de récupération (D) d'au moins une partie de la puissance thermique (W) d'au moins une partie du résidu gazeux, le procédé chimique comprenant au moins une étape (F) de récupération d'énergie, le dégoulottage s'accompagnant de la production d'énergie excédentaire dans au moins une étape (F) et d'une diminution du rapport entre la puissance thermique (W) et le flux total de produits soutirés, et consiste à utiliser au moins une partie de l'énergie excédentaire récupérée lors d'au moins une étape (F) pour augmenter la puissance thermique (W) d'au moins une partie du résidu fluide.
