The method organizes genomic and proteomic information in a organized database having a plurality of data nodes and a plurality of links capable to bind data nodes two by two, genomic and proteomic information being stored in a plurality of independent databases The access method to access by query to the contents of a database organized by the preceding organization method comprises, for a defined query, steps of: a) organizing of the query in the form of a graph pattern comprising a plurality of nodes and a plurality of links binding the nodes two by two, the nodes and the links being taken in the set of data node types and links types respectively of the organized database b) seeking in the database of a set of nodes and links whose type corresponding to the said query thus organized, the said set of nodes and links forming a set of occurrences of the graph pattern; c) provisioning the terminal with the said set of nodes and links.
Le procédé de cette invention permet d'organiser des informations génomiques et protéomiques dans une base de données organisée possédant une pluralité de noeuds de données et une pluralité de liens capables de lier des noeuds de données deux par deux, les informations génomiques et protéomiques étant stockées dans une pluralité de bases de données indépendantes. L'invention porte également sur un procédé permettant d'accéder par interrogation à des contenus d'une base de données, organisée selon le procédé précité, selon une interrogation définie, ce procédé consistant à : a) organiser l'interrogation sous forme d'un graphique comprenant une pluralité de noeuds et une pluralité de liens reliant les noeuds deux par deux, les noeuds et les liens étant pris dans l'ensemble de types de noeuds de données et de types de liens de la base de données organisée ; b) rechercher, dans la base de données d'un ensemble de noeuds et de liens dont le type correspond à ladite interrogation ainsi organisée, l'ensemble de noeuds formant un ensemble d'occurrences du graphique; et c) approvisionner le terminal avec cet ensemble de noeuds et de liens.
