A method of administering a reduced pressure tissue treatment to a tissue site includes percutaneously inserting a tube through a skin tissue of a patient to place a distal end of the tube adjacent the tissue site, the tube having at least one passageway. A balloon associated with the tube is positioned adjacent the tissue site, and the balloon is inflated to dissect and form a void adjacent the tissue site. A manifold having a plurality of flow channels is delivered through the passageway to the tissue site. The manifold is positioned such that at least one of the flow channels is in contact with the tissue site, and a reduced pressure is applied to the tissue site through the flow channels of the manifold.
L'invention concerne une méthode d'administration d'un traitement tissulaire à pression réduite dans un site tissulaire, consistant à insérer par voie percutanée un tube à travers le tissu cutané d'un patient, à placer l'extrémité distale du tube dans un emplacement adjacent au site tissulaire, ce tube comprenant au moins un passage, à placer un ballonnet associé au tube dans une position adjacente au site tissulaire, et à gonfler ce ballonnet afin de disséquer le site tissulaire et de former un espace vide adjacent au site. Les étapes suivantes consistent à introduire un élément distributeur comprenant une pluralité de canaux d'écoulement dans le site tissulaire à travers le passage, à le disposer de manière qu'il entre en contact avec le site tissulaire, et à appliquer une pression réduite sur le site tissulaire à travers les canaux d'écoulement de l'élément distributeur.
