Disclosed herein are a method and a device for plasticizing and transporting polymer material based on elongation rheology. The device comprises one or more vane plasticizing and transporting units, which includes a stator (1) with cylindrical inner cavity, a rotator (2) arranged eccentrically in the inner cavity of the stator (1), several vanes (3) arranged in the direction of the diameter of the rotator (2) and uniformly distributed around the circumferential direction, and two stock-stopping pans (4, 5) arranged at both sides of the stator (1). A space having certain geometry is enclosed by the internal surface of the stator (1), the external surface of the rotator (2), two vanes (3) and two stock-stopping pans (4, 5). The volume of the space may change periodically from small to large, then from large to small in turn. The material is fed when volume of the space becomes large, and the material is compacted, plasticized and exhausted when volume of the space becomes small. The plasticization and transportation of material is accomplished mostly under the action of normal stress.
L'invention porte sur un procédé et sur un dispositif pour plastifier et transporter un matériau polymère en fonction d'une rhéologie d'allongement. Le dispositif comprend une ou plusieurs unités de plastification et de transport à aubes, qui comprennent un stator (1) avec une cavité interne cylindrique, un dispositif de rotation (2) disposé de façon excentrique dans la cavité interne du stator (1), plusieurs aubes (3) disposées dans la direction du diamètre du dispositif de rotation (2) et réparties de façon uniforme autour de la direction circonférentielle, et deux cuves d'arrêt de matériau (4, 5) disposées des deux côtés du stator (1). Le volume de l'espace peut changer périodiquement d'un petit volume à un grand volume, puis à nouveau d'un grand volume à un petit volume. Le matériau est délivré lorsque le volume de l'espace devient grand, et le matériau est compacté, plastifié et évacué lorsque le volume de l'espace devient petit. La plastification et le transport du matériau sont accomplis principalement sous l'action d'une contrainte normale.
