This application relates to an in vitro method of producing a polyclonal IgG preparation. The method comprises (i) placing a polyclonal B-cell population enriched in IgG-secreting B cells in a culture medium; and (ii) culturing the polyclonal B--cell population under conditions enabling the production of the polyclonal IgG preparation from the polyclonal B-cell population. This improved method enables the production of antibodies (preferably IgG) and facilitates long-term culture of polyclonal B-cell populations.
Cette demande porte sur un procédé in vitro de fabrication d'une préparation d'IgG polyclonales. Le procédé comprend (i) le placement d'une population polyclonale de lymphocytes B enrichie en lymphocytes B sécrétant des IgG dans un milieu de culture; et (ii) la culture de la population polyclonale de lymphocytes B dans des conditions permettant la production de la préparation d'IgG polyclonales à partir de la population polyclonale de lymphocytes B. Ce procédé perfectionné permet la production d'anticorps (de préférence d'IgG) et facilite la culture à long terme de populations polyclonales de lymphocytes B.
