The invention relates to a method for indexing a machine or similar fitted with a leg comprising a hollow bushing (104) which is used to adjust the level and which is screwed onto said machine and which rests without sliding on a sole (102) which is in contact with the floor comprising an opening (106) opening out onto the bushing. The inventive method comprises three stages for positioning the machine on the floor, carrying out a drill hole (112) in the floor in the extension of the opening (106) of the sole (102) with the aid of a drilling tool introduced into the busing (104) and into the opening (106) of the sole, and adding a positioning element (107) into the drill hole, said element cooperating with the opening (106) of the sole in order to index it on the floor.The invention also relates to a machine leg which is specially adapted to carry out said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'indexation de machine ou similaire équipée d'un pied avec une douille creuse (104) de réglage de niveau vissée sur la machine et en appui sans glissement sur une semelle (102) en contact avec le sol qui comporte un orifice (106) débouchant dans la douille, le procédé comportant les étapes de positionner la machine sur le sol, de réaliser dans le sol un perçage (112) dans le prolongement de l'orifice (106) de la semelle (102) à l'aide d'un outil de perçage introduit dans la douille (104) et dans l'orifice (106) de la semelle, et de rapporter dans le perçage un organe de positionnement (107) qui coopère avec l'orifice (106) de la semelle pour indexer celle-ci sur le sol. L'invention est également relative à un pied de machine spécialement adapté pour la mise en .oelig.uvre dudit procédé.
