It is intended to provide a method of powdering a nonsugar component, a powder composition prepared by the powdering method, and a powdering base for a nonsugar component. The above object can be achieved by providing a powdering method which comprises adding a sugar derivative of .alpha.,.alpha.-trehalose to a nonsugar component and powdering the obtained mixture, a powdered composition prepared by this method and a powdering base containing the above sugar derivative as the active ingredient.

L'invention concerne un procédé de pulvérisation d'un composant autre que le sucre, une composition pulvérulente préparée à l'aide du procédé de pulvérisation et une base de pulvérisation pour composant autre que le sucre. Le procédé de pulvérisation comporte les étapes consistant à : ajouter un dérivé de sucre d'.alpha.,.alpha.-tréhalose à un composant autre que le sucre ; et pulvériser le mélange obtenu. L'invention concerne une composition pulvérulente préparée à l'aide du procédé et une base de pulvérisation contenant ce dérivé de sucre comme matière active.
