The invention relates to a method for preparation of an autologous endometrial culture for an endometrium/embryo coculture from an endometrial biopsy. Said method comprises steps providing a first endometrial fraction called epithelial, a second endometrial fraction called stromal and a third endometrial fraction called mixed, comprising a mixture of stromal glands and stromal cells and further comprises a purification step for said third fraction.

Ledit procédé comprend des étapes conduisant à l'obtention d'une première fraction endométriale dite épithéliale, d'une deuxième fraction endométriale dite stromale et d'une troisième fraction endométriale dite mixte comprenant un mélange de glandes et de cellules stromales et comprend en outre une étape de purification de ladite troisième fraction.
