The invention relates to a method for preparing 1,3,2-oxazaborolidine compounds. The inventive method is used to prepare compounds having formula (I) or (IA), in which: R1 represents an alkyl or an aryl; and R2, R3, R4 and R5 represent, inter alia, a hydrogen atom, an alkyl. The invention is characterised in that a two-step reaction is performed between a) a precursor boric compound and an acetal compound in order to produce a boronate compound, and b) the boronate compound and an amino alcohol compound. Said method does not produce by-products and has very high stereospecificity.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de composés 1,3,2-oxazaborolidines. Ce procédé prépare des composés de formule (I) ou (IA), dans lesquelles : Rl représente un alkyle ou un aryle; R2, R3, R4 et R5 représentent notamment un atome d'hydrogène, un alkyle, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait réagir, en deux étapes; a) un composé borique précurseur avec un composé acétal pour obtenir un composé boronate : et b) le composé boronate avec un composé aminoalcool. Ce procédé évite les sous produits et présente une très bonne stéréospécificité.
