The invention concerns a method for making a bituminous binder emulsion consisting in: a) preparing a concentrated primary emulsion containing a surfactant and at least 65 wt.% in the case of an anionic emulsion, respectively at least 70 wt.% in the case of other emulsions, of bituminous binder, by mixing under the effect of a shearing mechanical energy and in the presence of said surfactant an initial aqueous phase and a liquid bituminous phase; and b) adding a diluting aqueous phase to said primary emulsion.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'une émulsion de liant bitumineux comprenant: a) la préparation d'une émulsion primaire concentrée contenant un tensioactif et au moins 65 % en poids dans le cas d'une émulsion anionique, respectivement au moins 70 % en poids dans le cas des autres émulsions, de liant bitumineux, par mélange sous l'effet d'une énergie mécanique de cisaillement et en présence dudit tensioactif d'une phase aqueuse initiale et d'une phase bitumineuse liquide; et b) l'addition d'une phase aqueuse de dilution à ladite émulsion primaire.
