The invention concerns a method for preparing a composition, characterised in that it comprises steps which consist in: a) reducing mother-of-pearl into powder with grain size distribution ranging between about 1 and about 300 µm; b) placing the obtained powder in close contact with an extracting agent in the form of a hydroglycol solution of at least a collagen, of at least a proteoglycan or a mixture thereof; then c) in collecting the extraction mixture, formed by the close contact, constituting the desired composition. The invention also concerns the composition obtainable by said method. Said composition has very interesting properties relative to the skin and/or skin appendages, in particular tissue-regenerating properties, enabling for instance improved wound healing, and anti-ageing properties for preventing and/or visibly reducing effects related to skin and/or skin appendage ageing.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant: a) à réduire de la nacre en une poudre de granulométrie comprise entre environ 1 et environ 300 µm; b) à mettre la poudre de nacre ainsi obtenue en contact intime avec un agent d'extraction sous la forme d'une solution hydroglycolique d'au moins un collagène, d'au moins un protéoglycanne ou d'un mélange de ces derniers; puis c) à récupérer le mélange d'extraction, formé par la mise en contact intime, constituant la composition désirée. La présente invention concerne également la composition susceptible d'être obtenue par ce procédé. Cette composition présente des propriétés très intéressantes vis à vis de la peau et/ou des phanères, notamment des propriétés de régénération tissulaire, permettant par exemple une cicatrisation améliorée, ainsi que des propriétés anti-âge permettant de prévenir et/ou de réduire de manière visible les effets liés au vieillissement de la peau et/ou des phanères.
