On the basis of a first repertoire of genes coding for a population of one of two kinds of polypeptides capable of being combined, particularly an antibody light chain variable region, and at least one gene, and preferably a second repertoire coding for the other kind of polypeptide, particularly an antibody heavy chain variable region, the genes from the first repertoire are inserted into a first vector to form a vector population and the genes from the second repertoire are inserted into a second vector, at least one of said vectors being a recipient for the expression of both genes as polypeptides irreversibly combined with the outer surface of the product of said vector.
Procédé de préparation d'une banque multicombinatoire de vecteurs d'expression de gènes d'anticorps, banque et systèmes d'expression d'anticorps "coliclonaux" obtenus. Partant d'un premier répertoire de gènes codant pour une population d'un de deux types de polypetides susceptibles de s'associer, notamment de région variable de chaîne légère d'anticorps, et d'au moins d'un gène et de préférence un second répertoire codant pour l'autre type de polypeptide, notamment une région variable de chaîne lourde d'anticorps, on introduit les gènes dudit premier répertoire dans un premier vecteur pour former une population de vecteurs et les gènes dudit second répertoire dans un second vecteur, l'un au moins desdits vecteurs, étant receveur pour exprimer les deux gènes sous forme de polypeptides associés à la surface extérieure du produit dudit vecteur de façon irréversible.
