The invention concerns a method for making regenerated cellulose yarn, which consists in spinning a solution derived from cellulose, or said cellulose derivative in molten state trough at least one extrusion die, then in regenerating the cellulose by treating the resulting yarn, characterised in that it consists in: synthesising a silylated cellulose derivative by reaction with a silylating agent; extracting said cellulose derivative from the synthesis reaction medium; spinning said silylated cellulose derivative solution heat treated or melted, through at least an extrusion die; treating said yarn with a desilylation agent to regenerate the cellulose and recuperate a siloxane. The resulting cellulose yarns or fibres are used in particular for making woven or knitted textile surfaces or non-woven surfaces. Said yarns or fibres are also useful as reinforcing fibres in elastomeric materials and more particularly in tyres.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une fibre ou d'un fil de cellulose régénérée. L'invention propose un procédé de fabrication d'un fil de cellulose régénérée, consistant à filer une solution d'un dérivé de cellulose, ou ledit dérivé de cellulose à l'état fondu à travers au moins un trou de filère, puis à régénérer la cellulose par traitement du fil obtenu, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste: à synthétiser un dérivé silylé de la cellulose par réaction avec un agent de silylation, à extraire ledit dérivé silylé de cellulose du milieu réactionnel de synthèse, à filer ledit dérivé silylé de cellulose mis en solution ou porté à l'état fondu, à travers au moins un trou de filière, à traiter ledit fil par un agent de désilylation pour régénérer la cellulose et récupérer un siloxane. Les fils ou fibres de cellulose ainsi produits sont notamment utilisés pour la fabrication de surfaces textiles tissées, tricotées ou des surfaces non tissées. Ces fils ou fibres sont également utiles comme fibres de renfort dans les matières élastomériques et plus particulièrement dans les pneumatiques.
