The invention concerns a method for preparing a nasal spray solution containing one or several sex hormones and a cyclodextrin.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une solution pour pulvérisation nasale contenant au moins une hormone sexuelle et une cyclodextrine. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que (a) on dissout la cyclodextrine dans de l'eau purifiée de façon à obtenir une solution ayant une concentration en cyclodextrine comprise entre 100 et 1000 mg/ml; (b) on ajoute l'hormone à la solution obtenue à l'étape (a); (c) on chauffe la solution obtenue à l'étape (b) à une température comprise entre 40 et 90 °C; et (d) on additionne de l'eau purifiée jusqu'à obtention de la concentration finale en hormone souhaitée, extemporanément ou après lyophilisation de la solution obtenue à l'étape (c).
