A method for preparing a thermosetting powder coating composition which has good stability, pigment dispersion and impact characteristics is disclosed. The composition comprises a co-reactable particle mixture of an acid group-containing acrylic polymer having a Tg in the range of -20°C to 30°C, an acid group-containing acrylic polymer having a Tg in the range of 40°C to 100°C and a polyepoxide curing agent, therefor.

Méthode de préparation d'une composition de revêtement en poudre à thermofixage comprenant une bonne stabilité, une dispersion des pigments et une résistance aux chocs. La composition renferme un mélange de particules en co-réaction d'un groupe acide contenant un polymère acrylique dont la TG se trouve dans la plage de -20 degrés C à 30 degrés C, un groupe acide contenant un polymère acrylique dont la TG se troue dans la plage de 40 degrés C à 100 degrés C et un agent de durcissement en polyépoxyde.
