A method for preparing a welding fluid comprising a mixture of at least two components, these being present in said mixture in metered percentages, comprises the following steps: a) withdrawing the mixture components from respective tanks and feeding them to a mixing zone (18) at substantially identical pressures; b) monitoring the composition of the mixture formed; and c) if this composition is correct, feeding the hence formed mixture to a buffer tank (2) in which this mixture is stored. The plant for implementing the method of the invention comprises means for feeding the mixture components to a mixing zone (18), means (9) for controlling and regulating the pressure of said components fed to a buffer tank (2), and means (46) for analyzing the composition of this mixture.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un fluide de soudage, comprenant un mélange d'au moins deux composants, présents selon des pourcentages dosés. Ce procédé consiste à (a) retirer les composants du mélange de leurs cuves respectives et à les amener dans une zone de mélange (18) selon des pressions sensiblement identiques; (b) contrôler la composition du mélange ainsi formé; et (c) si cette composition est correcte, à amener le mélange ainsi formé dans une cuve tampon (2) dans laquelle le mélange est stocké. L'équipement requis pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé comprend des moyens pour amener les composants dans une zone de mélange (18), des moyens (9) pour commander et réguler la pression de ces composants amenés dans une cuve tampon (2) et des moyens (46) pour analyser la composition de ce mélange.
