A method for preparing an effervescent granulate comprising ferrous gluconate as pharmacologically active ingredient, and citric acid and sodium bicarbonate as effervescent system, by means of wet granulation in a fluid-bed granulator, wherein the said method comprises the steps of I) feeding a mixture comprising ferrous gluconate, citric acid and sodium bicarbonate into the said granulator which is simultaneously fed with a flow of air heated to about 70 ~C and having a moisture content of ~1.0 g/kg; II) wetting the said mixture with nebulized water when this mixture has reached a temperature of about 35 ~C; III) evaporating off the nebulizing water, while keeping the temperature of the said mixture substantially constant at 35 ~C; IV) repeating steps II and III until a granulate with the desired features is obtained; and V) drying the said granulate with air heated to about 80 ~C until its moisture content is <=0.5 % by weight. Granulate thus obtained and tablets containing the same.
Dans ce procédé de préparation d'un granulé effervescent comprenant du gluconate de fer en tant que principe pharmacologiquement actif, et de l'acide citrique et du bicarbonate de sodium en tant que système effervescent, on procède à une granulation à l'état humide dans un granulateur à lit fluidisé. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant: 1) à fournir simultanément, dans le granulateur, un mélange comprenant du gluconate de fer, de l'acide citrique et du bicarbonate de sodium, dans le granulateur, ainsi qu'un flux d'air chauffé à environ 70 ·C et possédant une teneur en eau de l'ordre de ~1.0 g/kg; II) à mouiller ce mélange à l'aide d'eau nébulisée lorsque le mélange a atteint une température d'environ 35 ·C; III) à faire s'évaporer l'eau de nébulisation, tout en conservant le mélange à une température sensiblement constante de l'ordre de 35 ·C; IV) à répéter les étapes II et III jusqu'à l'obtention d'un granulé possédant les caractéristiques recherchées; et V) à sécher ce granulé au moyen d'air chauffé à environ 80 ·C, jusqu'à ce que la teneur en eau représente <=0.5 % en poids. L'invention concerne également le granulé ainsi obtenu ainsi que des comprimés comprenant celui-ci.
