The invention discloses a method for preparing supports for the assay of chemical or biological substances, consisting in preparing N different supports, each being homogeneous for a type of reaction, then in mutually combining, according to a predetermined arrangement, all or part of the said homogeneous N supports to constitute assay supports having each an ordered set of reaction zones of N different types or less. The invention also concerns the assay supports prepared by this method, and their use in processes of immunological hybridisation assays.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de supports d'analyse de substances chimiques ou biologiques, consistant à préparer N supports différents chacun homogène pour un type de réaction, puis à réunir entre-eux, selon un agencement prédéterminé, tout ou partie desdits N supports homogènes pour constituer des supports d'analyse présentant chacun un ensemble ordonné de zones de réaction d'au plus N types différents. L'invention concerne aussi les supports d'analyse préparés par ce procédé, et leur utilisation dans des procédés d'analyse immunologique ou par hybridation.
