A method for preparing a pharmaceutical preparation containing polymer micelles having a drug included therein, which comprises the steps of dissolving a hydrophilic-hydrophobic block copolymer and a drug being sparingly soluble in water in a volatile organic solvent, removing the solvent, and agitating the resultant residue together with water at a temperature of 30~C or lower, to homogeneously disperse the resultant polymer micelles into water.

Cette invention a trait à un procédé de production d'une préparation pharmaceutique contenant des micelles polymère renfermant un médicament. Ce procédé consiste à dissoudre un copolymère séquencé hydrophile hydrophobe ainsi qu'un médicament peu soluble dans l'eau dans un solvant organique volatil, à enlever le solvant et à agiter le produit résultant avec de l'eau à une température égale ou inférieure à 30·C, afin de disperser uniformément les micelles dans l'eau.
