The invention concerns a method for preparing polyorganosiloxanes (POS) by (a) condensation polymerisation of monosilanes and/or acyclic siloxanes bearing reactive Si-OR units with R = H, or alkyl, or by (b) redistribution/ condensation polymerisation of siloxane compounds based on cyclosiloxanes and/or acyclic siloxanes capable of bearing reactive Si-OR units such as defined above, Si-H or Si-alkenyl units, in the presence of an acid catalyst. Said method is characterised in that it consists in using at least a catalyst of the following formula (I) (C¿m?F¿2m+1?SO¿2?)¿n?A wherein: m is an integer not less than 1; n is an integer equal to 1 or 2 and A represents OH, NH¿2? or NH with: (i) n = 1 and A = OH or (ii) n = 1 and A = NH¿2? or (iii) n = 2 and A = NH; provided that, when said catalyst corresponds to formula (I) (i), it is brought in the presence of an inert support in mass amount QM, expressed in weight % relative to the total mass (a) of monosilanes and/or acyclic siloxanes or (b) of the initial siloxane compounds, which is not more than 1.5. The invention also concerns a catalyst for use in the preparation of POS by said process (a) or (b) consisting of at least a compound selected among the compound of formula I(ii), the compound of formula I(iii) and mixtures thereof.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de polyorganosiloxanes (POS) par (a) polycondensation de monosilanes et/ou de siloxanes acycliques porteurs de motifs réactifs Si-OR avec R = H ou alkyle, ou par (b) redistribution/polycondensation de composés siloxanes à base de cyclosiloxanes et/ou de siloxanes acycliques qui peuvent porter des motifs réactifs Si-OR tels que définis supra, Si-H ou Si-alcényle, en présence d'un catalyseur acide,ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'on met en uvre au moins un catalyseur de formule suivante (I): (CmF2m+1SO2)nA dans laquelle: m est un entier supérieur ou égal à 1; n est un entier égal à 1 ou 2 et A représente OH, NH2 ou NH avec: (i) n = 1 et A = OH ou (ii) n = 1 et A = NH2 ou (iii) n = 2 et A = NH; avec la condition selon laquelle, quand ce catalyseur correspond à la formule I (i), il est mis en présence d'un support inerte en quantité massique QM, exprimée en % en poids par rapport à la masse totale (a) des monosilanes et/ou siloxanes acycliques ou (b) des composés siloxanes de départ, qui est égale ou inférieure à 1,5. La présente invention concerne encore un catalyseur utile pour la préparation de POS par la voie (a) ou (b) précitée consistant dans au moins un composé choisi parmi le composé de formule I(ii), le composé de formule I(iii) et leurs mélanges.
