An aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent solution obtained by extracting dioxins contained in an analyte, such as soil, with an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent is fed to sample preparation column (30) having alumina layer (33) superimposed on carbon material layer (32) on the side of alumina layer (33). Upon flowing of the aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent solution through the alumina layer (33) and carbon material layer (32) in this order, the dioxins contained in the aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent solution are trapped in these layers. Thereafter, an extraction solvent selected from among toluene, a mixed solvent consisting of toluene and an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent and a hydrophilic solvent capable of dissolving dioxins is fed to the sample preparation column (30) in the direction opposite to passage of the aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent solution. Thus, the dioxins having been trapped in the carbon material layer (32) and alumina layer (33) are extracted, thereby obtaining a dioxins analytical sample.

On introduit une solution de solvant hydrocarboné aliphatique, laquelle est obtenue en effectuant l'extraction des dioxines contenues dans un analyte, tel qu'un sol, avec un solvant hydrocarboné aliphatique, dans une colonne de préparation de l'échantillon (30) ayant une couche d'alumine (33) superposée sur une couche de matière carbonée (32) du côté de la couche d'alumine (33). Lorsqu'on fait passer la solution de solvant hydrocarboné aliphatique à travers la couche d'alumine (33) et la couche de matière carbonée (32) dans cet ordre, les dioxines contenues dans la solution de solvant hydrocarboné aliphatique sont piégées dans ces couches. Après cela, on introduit dans la colonne de préparation de l'échantillon (30) un solvant d'extraction sélectionné parmi le toluène, un solvant mélangé constitué de toluène et d'un solvant hydrocarboné aliphatique et un solvant hydrophile capable de dissoudre les dioxines, dans la direction opposée au passage de la solution de solvant hydrocarboné aliphatique. Ainsi, on effectue l'extraction des dioxines qui ont été piégées dans la couche de matière carbonée (32) et la couche d'alumine (33), ce par quoi on obtient un échantillon analytique de dioxines.
