The invention discloses a method for preserving infectious recombinant viruses in frozen or liquid form, in which the viruses are preserved in an aqueous solution containing saccharose at a concentration higher than 0.75 M, preferably between 0.75 and 1.5 M, or more preferably at a concentration of 1 M, and an aqueous viral suspension and its use as medicine.
L'invention concerne un procédé de conservation de virus recombinants infectieux sous forme congelée ou liquide, dans lequel les virus sont conservés dans une solution aqueuse comprenant du saccharose à une concentration supérieure à 0,75 M, de préférence comprise entre 0,75 M et 1,5 M, plus préférentiellement encore à une concentration égale à 1 M, ainsi qu'une suspension aqueuse virale et son utilisation comme médicament.
