The invention relates to a method for coating a metal strip for use in the automotive, aircraft or aerospace industry. The strip or the strip sections produced on the basis thereof in a later step is/are first coated with at least one anticorrosive coating and then with at least one coating of a paint- like polymer-containing coating. The strip, once coated with at least one anticorrosive coating or once coated with at least one coat of a paint-like coating, is divided up in strip sections. Said coated strip sections are then formed, joined and/or coated with at least one (further) paint-like coating and/or coat of paint. The paint-like coating is achieved by coating the surface with an aqueous dispersion that contains, in addition to water, at least one UV-crosslinkable water-soluble and/or water-dispersible resin, at least one wax as the forming additive, at least one photoinitiator, and at least one corrosion inhibitor. The coating is dried and cured once it has been applied to the metal surface, thereby forming a coating that has a thickness of up to 10 µm once cured.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour enduire une bande métallique dans l'industrie automobile, aéronautique ou spatiale. La bande ou les sections de bande fabriquées selon ledit procédé sont d'abord enduites d'au moins une couche de protection anti-corrosion, puis d'au moins une couche polymère ressemblant à de la peinture. Après l'application de la couche de protection ou après l'application de la couche polymère, la bande métallique est découpée en sections. Ces sections de bande ainsi enduites sont alors façonnées, assemblées et/ou recouvertes d'au moins une (autre) couche ressemblant à de la peinture et/ou d'une couche de peinture. L'enduction avec un produit ressemblant à de la peinture est réalisée avec une dispersion aqueuse contenant, outre de l'eau, au moins une résine réticulant aux UV, hydrosoluble et/ou se dispersant dans l'eau, au moins une cire en tant qu'additif de transformation, au moins un photo-initiateur et au moins un inhibiteur de corrosion. Après avoir été enduit sur la surface métallique, le revêtement est séché et durci. On obtient ainsi une enduction qui, une fois durcie, a jusqu'à 10 µm d'épaisseur et qui, sur une surface test, à un essai de pliage à la broche conformément à la norme DIN ISO 6860 sans déchirure de la surface de test avec une broche de 3,2 mm à 38 mm de diamètre, ne présente pas de phénomène de corrosion > 5 %, lors d'un test en atmosphère d'essai avec eau de condensation selon DIN 50017 KFW durant 240 h, test effectué immédiatement après l'essai de pliage. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'enduction correspondant, selon lequel la bande métallique est d'abord revêtue d'au moins une couche polymère ressemblant à de la peinture, sans application préalable d'une couche de protection anti-corrosion sous-jacente.
